Neretvanska
mandarina
Sun-ripened, seedless, protected by origin.
Croatia’s PDO mandarin, grown in the golden valley of the Neretva.
There’s a reason this mandarin is named after a valley — it can only come from one.
Cradled in the delta where the river Neretva meets the Adriatic, this is one of the very few places on earth, this far north, where citrus truly thrives. Mild Mediterranean light, rich alluvial soil and a long, sun-drenched autumn give the fruit its signature: a thin skin that slips off in seconds, juicy seedless segments, and a bright, honeyed sweetness you won’t find anywhere else. Each mandarin is picked only at perfect ripeness and handled with care from grove to crate — which is exactly why its name is protected across the European Union.

Nutrition
Beyond its taste, the Neretvanska mandarina is as wholesome as it is easy to enjoy. Like all mandarins it is naturally rich in vitamin C and in the carotenoids that give the fruit its glowing orange colour — the very pigments measured and guaranteed within its protected-origin standard. Seedless, easy to peel and refreshingly light, it’s the kind of fruit you reach for again and again: a simple, everyday pleasure straight from the valley.
